- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, acquire clients, and expand business opportunities.
- Engage and build long-term relationships with tech industry clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
- Present recruitment solutions and agency value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver accurate and relevant candidate profiles.
- Maintain and manage client databases, track performance metrics, and prepare sales reports.
- Gather client feedback to drive service improvements and ensure satisfaction.
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking sessions to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably within professional services or HR services).
- Results-oriented individual motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin due to the nature of work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
