Job Descriptions:
- Achieve and exceed revenue and gross margin targets for the assigned region.
- Implement commercial processes to effectively manage sales forecasts and prospect pipelines.
- Maintain clear an effective communication with commercial teams and management.
- Develop commercial strategies to position Biomonitoring products successfully within the microbiological testing market.
- Build and strengthen key customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the region.
- Identify and foster partnerships with key customers to maximize opportunities, including implementing key customer agreements.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including pricing, revenue, and gross margin, ensuring optimal outcomes through solution selling and effective product positioning.
- Collaborate with operations and customers to address supply chain issues and minimize potential disruptions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or Biotechnology.
- 1-3 years of experience in the life sciences or microbiology industry.
- Fresh graduates who are interested in sales are welcome to apply.
- Preferred experience in managing food testing or industrial microbiology.
- Familiarity with sales management tools such as Salesforce and related processes.
- Knowledge of competitor analysis, product positioning, pricing strategies, and other sales tactics.
- Proven expertise in Sales Excellence processes, including solution selling, key account agreements, and pricing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and execute effectively.
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
