Graphic Designer

Job Descriptions:

• Draw and colour diagrams on computer using drawing tablet.
• Do layout and to key-in text.
• Design logos, book covers, background, posters, bookcases, brochures, advertisements, etc.
• Make necessary amendment of diagram as instructed by superior(s) and editor-in-charge of the project.
• Search and look through photographs, diagrams or illustrations from books, magazines, newspaper and etc. for reference purpose
• Output and check films.
• Adjusting colour for printing.
• Label the files containing the job clearly.
• Back-up own completed job.
• Back-up own work done daily.
• Handle related ad-hoc tasks in the department.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphics Design/Illustration/Animation or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign.
• Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to detail, Deadline-oriented.
• Technical Capacity, Organizational skills, Decision making.

Required Documents:

• Updated resume stating qualifications, work experience, current and expected salary with recent passport-sized photography;
• Transcripts from SPM to current level;
• NRIC photocopy;
• Portfolio link;
• Latest 3 months payslip (if available).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
