Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Shopify and online marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, GrabFood, Foodpanda, and landing page management. This role involves overseeing product listings, optimizing the online customer experience, driving sales, and managing day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Platform Management

- Oversee and manage product listings, updates, and promotions on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, GrabFood, Foodpanda, and other online marketplaces.

- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels across all platforms.

- Monitor and maintain the online storefronts to ensure a smooth user experience and optimal sales performance.

2. Sales and Marketing Optimization

- Analyze e-commerce sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, average order values, and customer retention across platforms.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches.

- Leverage SEO, paid media, and marketplace-specific advertising tools to drive traffic and sales.

3. Order Management and Customer User experience

- Oversee the end-to-end order management process, including order fulfillment, tracking, and customer inquiries.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and returns.

- Provide customer support for order-related issues and queries on all platforms, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Marketplace Optimization

- Monitor and optimize product performance on each marketplace, ensuring adherence to platform guidelines and maximizing visibility.

- Adjust pricing, promotions, and product positioning to remain competitive in the market.

- Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure our brand stays relevant and competitive.

5. Reporting and Analysis

- Track sales performance, conversion rates, customer behavior, and inventory levels across all online channels.

- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, advertising spend, and ROI across all platforms.

- Use data insights to suggest improvements and optimize the e-commerce strategy.

6. Landing Page Management

- Design, create, and optimize **landing pages** for specific campaigns, product launches, or seasonal promotions.

- Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions, mobile-friendly, and aligned with the overall brand strategy.

- A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates and drive higher engagement.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with the logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and product promotion across platforms.

- Provide support in integrating new tools, plugins, or features into the e-commerce platform to enhance functionality.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of Shopify platform management and customization.

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing product listings and sales on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, GrabFood, Foodpanda, and other online marketplaces.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, SEO, and online advertising techniques.

- Familiarity with landing page creation, optimization, and conversion tracking tools.

- Ability to analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to drive improvements.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for managing cross-functional tasks.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with experience in Shopify and online marketplaces.

- Strong proficiency in using Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, GrabFood, Foodpanda, and other e-commerce platforms.

- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages is a plus.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEM, and other e-commerce tools is a bonus.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with standard working hours.

- Occasional overtime required during peak sales periods (e.g., campaigns, holiday seasons).
