Job Summary:

The Sales Support Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and process sales orders, invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Handle web design.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Support & participate in sales on NPI and /or new project.

Sales Coordination:

  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist with the organization of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Generate sales reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Min with SPM/ Diploma in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 2 years’ experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with web design, sales reports and sales records.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working hour: 9:00 A.M ~ 6:00 P.M

Location: MULTI-KINETIC TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD (Batu Maung, Penang)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
