Responsibilities
1) Customer Inquiry Management
Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media platforms, emails, and the company website. Provide detailed information about our products and services.
2) Appointment Scheduling
Arrange and manage customer appointments for consultations, installations, or other services as required.
3) Sales Closing
Persuasively guide customers through the purchasing process to close sales. Ensure a seamless and satisfying buying experience.
4) Order Management
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
5) Delivery Order (DO) Preparation:
Prepare and manage delivery orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
6) Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
7) Sales Reporting:
Keep track of sales metrics and provide regular reports to the sales manager. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
-Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-At least 1 year of experience in online sales, customer service, or a related role.
-Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales tools.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
