Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Manager
Position Overview:
Eskayvie is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative CRM Manager to join our team and lead our customer engagement and digital marketing initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Head of Commercial and play a pivotal role in optimizing CRM strategies, leveraging data insights, and crafting personalized content to fuel revenue growth, boost customer satisfaction (CSAT), and build lasting customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and maximizing lifetime value (LTV).
- Execute compelling multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Optimize customer journeys, segmentation, and key CRM metrics like open rates, CTR, and retention rates.
Content Creation & Marketing Optimization:
- Lead the creation of engaging, targeted content for CRM campaigns, including emails, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Ensure CRM content aligns with Eskayvie's brand and carry out A/B testing for campaign optimization and improved performance.
Data-Driven Customer Insights:
- Dive deep into customer data to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators such as campaign ROI, CAC, and CSAT.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Nexus, Marketing, Tech-Dev, and Warehouse teams for smooth and effective CRM execution.
- Mentor and guide internal teams on CRM tools and lifecycle management to ensure consistency and quality across all campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or e-commerce (experience in content creation is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Netcore, Salesforce, HubSpot, Insider).
- Strong skills in content creation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools for data analysis and campaign reporting.
- A creative yet data-driven thinker with strategic and tactical acumen.
