Job Description:

· Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs

· Maximizing customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately

· Understanding customer behaviour, monitoring stock movements, managing inventory levels, ensuring product displays are appealing to customers

· Reviewing priorities with supervisor and discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes in market.

· To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualification:

High school / SPM and above
At least 1 years of experience working in retail or merchandising, preferably within the FMCG
Independent and self-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Customer focused, strong oral communications with demonstrated ability to influence customer.
Posses own transport and may be required to travel to client locations (valid driver's license will be required)
