IT Support (Mandarin)

Responsibilities 岗位职责：

· Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.

· 管理服务器订单的交付，并为客户提供售后维护。

· Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.

· 诊断和解决各种硬件、软件故障、服务器故障和网络故障等问题。

· Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.

· 收集、分析和解决客户在售前和售后遇到的技术问题。

· Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.

· 严格按照规范做工作交接，保证信息同步准确。

· Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.

· 遵循公司的客户服务标准和流程，及时了解最新的产品和技术。

· Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.

· 确保客户满意并维护公司卓越客户服务的声誉。

Requirements 岗位要求：

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in I IT technology or a related field required

· 最低学历要求拥有IT技术或相关领域的文凭/学位

· Fluet in Mandarin (both spoken and written)

· 精通中文（口语与书写）

· Proficient in Windows, with basic knowledge of Linux and databases.

· Familiar with server and storage products as well as network equipment installation.

· 熟悉服务器、存储产品以及网络设备的安装。

· Understand the configuration and maintenance of network switches, routing devices and security products

· 理解网络交换机、路由设备和安全产品的配置和维护。

· Able to work in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night shifts

· 能够接受三班轮值工作：早班、午班和晚班

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
