Job Responsibilities :

1. To execute maintenance works including trouble-shooting, repairing, preventive maintenance test run and servicing of plant machineries, equipment and facilities.
2. To carry out machine 5s’ activities and ensure machine and working area in safe and good condition.
3. Troubleshooting, repair or do slight modification of machine and production equipment’s when necessary.
4. Ready for on-call duty after working hours
5. To ensure downtime are minimal by performing the job efficiently.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the direct superior.
7. To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO
and to keep track of all records (Checklists, commissioning reports, and etc.)
8. To perform annual maintenance execution work and complete on time.
9. Ensure smooth operations of all systems and service in accordance to the maintenance checklist.
10.To ensure tools and equipment are well kept and in good operational condition.
11.To comply with all work instructions.
12.Practice good housekeeping in work area, tidy and safe for conductive work environment.
13.Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary.

Job Requirement :

Candidate possess at least a Professional Certificate, Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent is more advantage.
Required skill(s): Ms Excel, Ms Word.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
Good physical executive condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime and shift.
Work closely with production staff and quick respond any machine downtime issue.
Knowledge and experience in electrical related industry will be added advantage.
Work well under pressure and fast pace working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
