  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Purpose of Job:

  • Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Service and maintenance of air conditioning systems include: checks on filters; inspection of cooling coils; inspection of condense pumps; leak checking; checking of pipework; inspection of lagging; electrical checks; cleaning of grilles and flanges; checking crankcase heater amps; checking oil levels.
  • Develop, implement and document preventive maintenance system(s) for equipment under area of responsibility.
  • To create systematic monitoring systems or program in the institution for preventive maintenance for all air conditioning installations.
  • To attend & solve technical problems of air conditioning units at site.
  • Perform machine trouble-shooting and rectification.
  • To ensure the smooth running of the building air conditioning system
  • To provide support and work with a team of in-house technicians on air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system. To manage, monitor and follow up with contractors on air-conditioning maintenance works. To assist in environmental sustainability projects ie energy saving initiatives on cooling systems and etc.
  • To adhere to Environment, Health & Safety regulations and requirements at all times.
  • Able to support site installation coordinating/ Project management (overview project).
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties designated by Superior or the Management as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration system or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • At least with 3 years of working experience in similar field.
  • Have a good knowledge of air con repair
  • Must be able to response to emergency call duty and special task arrangement during off day.
  • Able to work without supervision.
  • Capable of supervising the execution of electrical works & installations.
  • Able to work on-call basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
