Job Responsibility:
1. Financial Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
2. Accounts Payable:
- Process and manage vendor invoices and payments.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure proper approvals.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
3. Accounts Receivable:
- Generate customer invoices and statements.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
- Record and reconcile customer payments.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements (Full Set account) , including balance sheets and income statements.
- Generate reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
5. Audit Support:
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and explanations as required.
6. Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts.
7. Software Proficiency:
- Utilize accounting software for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Stay updated on the latest features and improvements in accounting software.
8. Ad-Hoc Task:
- Supply administrative support to accounts and finance department by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.
- Liaise with banker.
- Comply with local, state and federal government.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirement:
- The candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma, Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Highly analytical, organized, and excellent time management.
- Willing to learn & positive attitude.
- High integrity, committed and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
