Job Responsibility:

1. Financial Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.

2. Accounts Payable:

  • Process and manage vendor invoices and payments.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure proper approvals.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

3. Accounts Receivable:

  • Generate customer invoices and statements.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
  • Record and reconcile customer payments.

4. Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements (Full Set account) , including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Generate reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

5. Audit Support:

  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Provide necessary documentation and explanations as required.

6. Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts.

7. Software Proficiency:

  • Utilize accounting software for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and improvements in accounting software.

8. Ad-Hoc Task:

  • Supply administrative support to accounts and finance department by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.
  • Liaise with banker.
  • Comply with local, state and federal government.
  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior or management.

Job Requirement:

  • The candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma, Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and excellent time management.
  • Willing to learn & positive attitude.
  • High integrity, committed and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
