Job Description
- Clinic operations support, including administration duties, ensuring smooth operation.
- Assist and caring towards patient while awaiting doctor’s consultation or treatment in the clinic.
- Attending to phone based inquiries, and walk-in patients/customers.
- Filing records, including patient, clients and vendor’s documentation.
- Maintaining clinic inventory and supplies, including recording, necessary paperwork and monitoring stock level with update to Doctor-in-charge
- Managing daily payments/collections, and counter check with invoices/receipts.
- Data entry work into system.
- Clinic housekeeping tasks as per roster/assigned by superior.
- The above list is not exhaustive, which may include any other suitable tasks or duties as assigned by management from time to time.
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Good and well-mannered communications with multi-lingual capability with patients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word etc.
- Responsible and a team player, with willingness in taking turn for off days with colleagues. The motivation to do more is well valued by the company and will be fairly compensated.
- Disciplined (punctuality, professional conduct while on duty, obey superior’s instruction, follow company’s duty roster, rules and guidelines etc.)
- Willing to learn and accept constructive feedback from superior with a positive mindset, with the aim for improvement.
