Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes and techniques
Ensure consistency of taste, quality, and presentation of beverages by following company standards
Engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide information about coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address concerns professionally and empathetically
Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of perishable items, cleaning schedules, and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with other baristas and team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak periods
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the leader
Requirements:
● No experience is encouraged to apply because training will be provided
● Maintain a clean work environment
● Strong customer service and communication skills
● Able to multi-task when required
● Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
● Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays
