  • Monitor and report on the behavior and health conditions of hospitalized animals to veterinarians on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and maintain proper hygiene, including washing and cleaning dog kennels and cages.
  • Assist the veterinarian during consultations, treatments and hospitalizations as needed.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
  • Support the veterinarian during surgeries by preparing the operating room, monitoring animals throughout the procedure, and sterilizing surgical tools and the operating environment after surgery.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment, including blood analyzers, X-ray machines, and ultrasound devices.
  • Perform front desk tasks such as patient registration, billing, answering phone calls, and providing basic clinic information to clients.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and inspecting stocks and updating stock counts.
  • General duties as required by Management
  • Malaysian citizen. Candidates with previous experience in a similar role has a great advantage;
  • Diploma or Certificate in nursing or a related medical field is preferred;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Comfortable working with animals, including dogs;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and listening skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities;
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Responsible, with a positive and proactive attitude; and
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle client interactions professionally
