- Follow up and update the superior on business information or progress.
- Assist in managing personal matters such as appointments, bill payments, and travel planning.
- Support coordination of tasks related to the beauty industry, including event arrangements, client communication, and resource management.
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments from the superior.
- Be available to manage work-related matters after hours or on weekends when required (pre-arranged).
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Strong mathematical ability for calculations and analysis.
- Interest or experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proactive, able to gather and update business-related information independently.
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Own a vehicle and be flexible with work-related travel.
- Open to flexible working hours (including after-hours or weekends when required).
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates professional ethics.
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekends and public holidays off (extra tasks, if required, will be pre-arranged).
