Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining an organized environment. 2. Financial Management: Manage invoicing, budgeting, and expense monitoring for training programs, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations set by organizations such as the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC). 8. Customer Service: Provide excellent support to participants and trainers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. 9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and administration to enhance the effectiveness of the role. 10. Collaborate with sister companies to provide administrative assistance and support their operational needs.
