Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Aeon Cheras Selatan Mall for an Outlet Supervisor. The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the outlet, managing inventory and supplies, coordinating schedules and shifts for employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Outlet Supervisor will also maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent;

· Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail, restaurant, or hypermarket.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

· Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and customer service principles

· Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
