Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents for easy access and reference.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed.
- Input, update, and verify accuracy of data in company systems and databases.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Identify and suggest ways to improve administrative processes and workflows.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
