Position: PA to Director
Location: Bandar Puteri, Puchong
Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Manage communications, including emails and calls.
Plan and coordinate events and meetings.
Support with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Contribute to improving departments and staff development through process re-engineering.
Help upgrade the company’s marketing and branding efforts.
Assist in manage social media and digital publicity to enhance brand visibility.
Bring aggressive, innovative ideas to the table that will help the company gain a competitive edge and reach new heights.
Requirements:
Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
Professionalism and discretion.
An assertive and proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and contribute bold, strategic ideas.
Experience with marketing, social media, or process improvement is a plus.
