Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing various records, including sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer information.
  • Data Entry: Inputting and updating data in computer systems and databases.
  • Document Preparation: Creating and processing documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
  • Promotions and Displays: Assisting in setting up displays, promotional materials, and ensuring accurate pricing.
  • Organizing Office Operations: Managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the retail office.
  • Adhering to Policies: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least SPM holder
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be willing to commit 6 days work per week
  • Must be able to work on Public Holidays and weekends
  • Must be able to work on both shifts 10am - 6pm and 1:30pm - 10pm

Working Location: The Scott Garden, Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
