We are looking for a driven and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to take the lead in shaping the hotel’s commercial success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven record in both sales and marketing. This role is central to elevating Alila Bangsar’s market presence while ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s standards and values.

Your Role

• Craft and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
• Build and nurture key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve ambitious goals.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless, high-impact strategies.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and maintain a strong market presence.
• Analyze business data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualification

• Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term wins and long-term vision.
• Familiarity with Hyatt’s brand standards or experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
