Job Description:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare and maintain job offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, and system access.
  • Ensure all employee documents are up-to-date, including personal information, payroll details, and performance reviews.
  • Provide employees with benefits-related information and help resolve any issues.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Keep up to date with HR-related legislation and help ensure the organization is in compliance.
  • Assist with the maintenance of payroll records and ensure timely distribution of paychecks.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Help address employee concerns or escalate issues to HR management when needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and other metrics.
  • Support in analyzing HR data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Maintain HR department files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
