  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with sales team and clients in preparing and checking drawings and specifications to realize the best cost-effective model
  • Preparing tender documents, contracts, and other documentation for existing and new projects
  • Preparing and submitting progressive claims to clients within a specific time frame
  • Handling payment collection and finalization of accounts
  • Issuing material, job orders, delivery orders, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
  • Attending to site valuation and measurement of work done on-site
  • Verifying sub-contractors monthly claims for payment
  • Preparing and submitting weekly reports for review

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Independent, dynamic and result-oriented
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Must be computer literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
