Responsibilities:
- Apply / renewal seafarer identity document (SID) and certificate of recognition (COR).
- Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports.
- Keep records and reports up to date.
- Support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain Physical and digital filing system.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least minimum of SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in any relevant field.
- At least one year of related working experience.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Computer literate.
