Job Description: -Greet and welcome visitor/customer when they arrive at the office. Direct them to the appropriate person and office. -Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. -Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. -Receive, sort and distribute daily mails/deliveries. -Arrange travel and accommodations and keep updated records of office expenses and costs. -Perform duties such as taking notes, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. -Preparing meeting and training rooms. Coordinating internal and external events. -Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers. -Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices and verify receipts. -Assisting HR team with recruitment and onboarding process. -Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments. Job Requirement: -Diploma in Mass Communication or any other field of studies. -1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment. -Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. -Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. -Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Customer service skills. -Consistent, professional dress and manner.
