Job Descriptions
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead the human resources function across our diverse conglomerate businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
o Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
o Partner with senior management to address workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
2. HR Operations Management:
o Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and retention processes for various business divisions.
o Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
o Ensure smooth HR operations across all conglomerate businesses.
3. Employee Relations:
o Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
o Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure high employee engagement.
4. Talent Management:
o Implement training and development programs for employees at all levels.
o Identify and nurture high-potential employees to prepare for leadership roles.
5. Compliance and Policy Development:
o Ensure adherence to Malaysian labour laws, policies, and standards.
o Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
6. Mandarin Language Expertise:
o Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners, as required.
Job Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
· Experience:
o Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
o Proven track record of managing HR functions for conglomerates or multi-industry businesses.
· Language Skills:
o Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
o Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
· Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
o Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
· Interpersonal Skills:
o Strong leadership and people management skills.
o Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
