As part of the team, you will need to:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and advise them on career development opportunities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and staffing needs.
We need you if you're:
- Passionate about pursuing possibilities for growth and career advancement.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Have >1 year recruitment OR sales experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Multilingual (Mandarin speaker required) as the role require to liaise with clients from different industry/region.
