  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: API Integration Developer

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and integrating APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between various systems and applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience with setting up API Gateways – Routes, Authentication, Throttling, Rate Limiting etc.
  • Expertise in maintaining production workloads for API Gateways. Writing and managing plugins for the API Gatways.
  • Experience with Kong/Apisix/Apigee/IBM Gateway etc. is a must
  • Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to API performance and functionality. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, as well as experience with API management tools and platforms.
  • You should be proficient in programming languages such as Nodejs, Java, or .NET, and have a good grasp of database technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. If you are passionate about technology and have a knack for creating efficient and reliable APIs, we would love to hear from you.

Education:

  • Bachelor, Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering, IT related field.

Experience:

  • Min 5 years of working in enterprise, regulatory BFSI industry.
  • Min 3years of experience with developing API and onboarding it on the marketplace. Experience with API Gateway.
  • Min 3 years of experience leading a team of developers.

Certifications / Regulatory Certifications:

  • Bonus: Understanding of Backend technologies and experience with Integration
  • Bonus: if part of MBOT members (Malaysia Boards of Technologist).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
