JAbout the role
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Woodman Sdn. Bhd. This full-time role is based in Miri, Sarawak, and will involve managing administrative tasks to support our operations in the oil palm industries.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle documents related to certification.
  • Communicate with co-workers, government agencies, and contractors/suppliers.
  • Plan and implement administrative tasks.
  • Oversee overall administrative functions and operations.
  • Produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in administrative roles, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting or inventory management is an advantage.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
