Job Responsibilities:

Live Show Coordination & Strategy

  • Develop and execute live show strategies to drive audience engagement and boost sales.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate live sessions across showrooms, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Design initiatives to motivate showroom teams to conduct frequent and engaging live shows.
  • Run paid advertisements to increase live show visibility and attract larger audiences.
  • Experiment with innovative formats and techniques to maintain viewer interest.
  • Take an active role in hosting live shows when required, showcasing products and engaging with audiences.

Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze key metrics, including engagement rates, conversions, and viewer growth, to measure success.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine live show strategies and optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on live commerce trends and integrate best practices into campaigns.

Showroom Engagement & Support

  • Offer ongoing suppart to improve showroom participation in live commerce initiatives.

Content Creation (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Support the creation of scripts, promotional content, and digital assets for social media.
  • Collaborate with KOLs for promotional activities when necessary.
  • Edit and repurpose live session content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Align live show content with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of live-streaming platforms such as TikTok Live, Facebook Live, or Shopee Live.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple live events.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on audience engagement and innovative strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Background in live hosting, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with retail or e-commerce teams.
  • Familiarity with live shopping trends and audience engagement strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
