Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create visually engaging motion graphics and animations that captivate audiences and align with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities:

• Motion Design: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Storyboarding: Develop storyboards and visual concepts to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Video Editing: Edit video content and integrate motion graphics seamlessly.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs and animations align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to develop cohesive campaigns.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, animation, and video production to deliver fresh and innovative content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Media Design, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design and animation.
• Proficiency in design and animation software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
