[INTERNSHIP] Marketing Intern

We are looking for a passionate and motivated marketing team member to join our team! The Marketing Intern will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Company Overview:

Paper Plane is to be emphasised as a "Merchandising Solution" partner, but not particularly a marketing agency. We create online and offline marketing vehicles for brands.

Paper Plane believes that “Branding Vocabulary” is arguably the only fundamental communicative stratosphere for all companies to emulate strategic marketing existence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and advertising
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimise user experience
• Assist in the content creation and documentation, including production and post production
• Support the creation of marketing collateral
• Help manage and update content on social media platforms
• Assist in social media reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organised

Location: Publika, Kuala Lumpur
