Job Summary
As an Employee Banking Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of customer base by focusing on acquisition of new to bank clients for CASA (Current Account Savings Account). The primary responsibilities will include engaging potential customers through on-site road shows and events.
Role Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and engage potential new customers, understanding their banking needs and effectively promoting CASA account and upsell Credit Cards.
- To conduct and participate on site road shows, sales campaign and promotional events to create awareness of banking products with the Employee Banking Relationship Manager.
- Work towards achieving assigned target.
- Foster strong relationship with new customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance their banking experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) checks during the onboarding process to mitigate risks.
Role Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Good Communication in English and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to work without supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
