Summary :
The role responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, and handling telephonic inquiries efficiently. This multifaceted role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations in a customer-facing environment
- Greet and welcome customers, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Answer general inquiries, provide information, and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure proper visitor protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts and prepare daily cash reports. Maintain call logs and ensure timely follow-ups on customer concerns (e.g Promotional and etc)
Requirement & Qualification :
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and customer service skills & Presentable
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, cashier, or tele-hotline role.
- Mandarin speaker is advantages.
- Fresh graduate are welcoming to apply.
