  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and grow their career in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monthly Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling various accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Financial Reports: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll team in processing employee payroll.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and other accounting-related activities.
  • Client Support: Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internship experience included).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Xero) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
