Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience to join our design team. You will take ownership of the end-to-end user experience of our products and mentor other designers to help them grow their skill sets.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

-Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery research to problem framing, ideation, prototyping, and user testing, into high-fidelity designs that will achieve a high impact on our business. -Find elegant solutions to user problems, and think critically from the user's perspective. -Understanding of user-centric design approach and promoting a common understanding of the intersection between design, business, and engineering -Prototype multiple visual and UX concepts and then narrow them to the right solution. -Explain and rationalise the reasoning behind your product and design decisions to design team and internal stakeholders -Leverage on analytics to turn insights into high-quality designs to ensure solid implementation in production -Collaborating with cross-functioning teams to determine requirements and identify problems -Collaborate with UX Writer to create a user experience that is not only visually appealing but also informative and engaging -Researching new findings and keeping up with the current trend that could enhance the current experience -Looks out for and offers potential opportunities to other designers, as well as flags successes and concerns to design leaders.
