- -The role will be given to manage existing customers only while individuals proved certain results in terms of sales generations. -The role is also responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing sales strategies and activities to achieve profit and sales growth objectives for the assigned key accounts across agency and direct clients. -The role will oversee all company sales and marketing activities, develops and regulates sales and marketing program, evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data, and implements sales and marketing plan alterations as needed. -The qualified individual should be able to successfully thrive and lead in a fast-paced and dynamic digital marketing environment. -Responsible for developing business growth and achieving sales, profit, and assigned targets (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual). -Accountable for budget control, negotiation of favourable terms, and effective utilization of customers’ budgets to achieve sales targets. -Generates sales leads through personal, professional, and external networks. -Presents, negotiate, and sells DoMedia Solutions to prospective agency and direct clients, typically pitching to executives, media planners marketing managers, and company directors (Decision Maker). -Participates in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars. -Craft responses to RFPs, proposals, and contracts. -Develop and implement innovative and effective sales strategies to assist each team member to achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and other assigned targets. -Participate in weekly or monthly Business Reviews with the assigned team members to improve performance. -Establish a high level of rapport with current and potential clients as well as provide accurate and timely information for decision-making purposes. -Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify business opportunities to grow the business. -Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and build a strong network across the industry. -Work with other members of the regional team to anticipate and respond to a variety of business needs -To carry out additional task/work as directed by management from time to time.
