• Learn to make and follow recipe made by Japanese Chef. Make sure food quality, foodcleanliness, pastry machines, and kitchen are well maintained and in order. • Make sure pastry items and quality are maintained. • Maintain kitchen/counter hygiene standards and work together with coworkers to ensureconsistency. • Assist the Central Kitchen Production Manager on duties such as seasonal promotions, customerservice, packaging and weekly sales. • Support Chef/Production Manager on ingredient preparations, receiving supplies, and otherpastry related tasks. • Report duty to the Management, Senior Chef and/or any person acting on behalf of theCompany for the work functions, duties and responsibilities as designated herein. • Comply with HALAL procedures, health and medical requirement imposed by HealthDepartment or relevant authorities.
