Telemarketer

Work 4-day a week as telemarketer at CUCKOO International (Mal) Berhad

Basic salary: RM2400
Commission per unit: RM300 - RM450
Phone allowance

Working hour: 9AM - 5PM
Working day: Tuesday - Friday

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce CUCKOO products (e.g., water purifiers, air purifiers, kitchen appliances, etc.).
• Follow up on customer inquiries and previous calls to nurture potential leads.
• Explain the features and benefits of CUCKOO products clearly to customers.
• Share details of promotional offers or packages, such as the affordable rental schemes.
• Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
• Persuade potential customers to purchase CUCKOO products or sign up for rental plans.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company database.
• Record the outcomes of calls, including customer feedback and future follow-up dates.
• Address customer queries post-purchase and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Redirect complex issues to the appropriate department if needed.
• Prepare daily or weekly performance reports to monitor call outcomes and sales progress.
• Provide insights on customer responses for product or service improvement.
