Greeting guests: Make a good first impression by welcoming guests in a warm and professional manner
Check-in and check-out: Assign rooms, issue keys, and take deposits
Answering questions: Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities
Managing reservations: Handle phone and online reservations and managing our homestay reservations
Processing payments: Verify credit card information and process customer payments
Maintaining records: Keep accurate records of bookings and payments
Escalating issues: Bring more serious concerns to the supervisor or relevant teams
Promoting hotel services: Use sales skills to promote additional hotel services and facilities
Dealing with special requests: Handle special requests like, transport arrangements, or wake-ups
Liaising with housekeeping: Check with housekeeping to see if rooms are ready and manage the room availability prior to guests arrival
Monitoring the lobby: Keep an eye on the lobby and work area to determine customer flow and cleanliness of the lobby
