Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
Accounting Duties:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients and suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with company financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Office Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update oCice files, both physical and electronic.
- Procurement: Assist with the purchasing of oCice supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-eCective solutions.
- Correspondence: Draft and send out business correspondence.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain data into various systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
