Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients and suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with company financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Administrative Duties:
  • Office Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
  • Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update oCice files, both physical and electronic.
  • Procurement: Assist with the purchasing of oCice supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-eCective solutions.
  • Correspondence: Draft and send out business correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Input and maintain data into various systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
