Position Summary:

As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. You will assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, and serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and provide necessary information regarding policies and benefits.

  • Support payroll functions by processing relevant data and resolving any discrepancies.

  • Coordinate training sessions, orientations for new hires, and other HR events.

  • Prepare reports on HR activities and assist in maintaining compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Diploma in related field is preferred.

  • Preferable with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR assistant role or similar administrative position. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software systems.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
