Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare a variety of salads and related items according to SOP.
2. Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
3. Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming food, monitor inventory and kitchen supplies.
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
5. Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
6. Interact with customers courteously provide excellent service and cater to special requests or dietary restrictions as needed.
7. Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
8. Efficiently manage work time and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of the kitchen during busy periods.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Have experience in restaurant or food service establishment.
2. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques.
3. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food items.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
