- Review, verify client's data and input into KYC system.
- Liaise with various business units and departments to resolve issues
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance include internal control with company's policies, corporate governance and statutory/regulatory requirements
- Respond and manage client’s inquiries through email communication and live chat.
- Attending 1st level related customer fronting and back-office processing works:
- a) Account inquiries
- b) Complaints
- c) Modification and changing the account profile details request ; and
- d) Account verification guidance/steps.
- Fluency in Traditional Mandarin (speaking, reading, and typing) is required.
- Average English communication skills would be an advantage.
- Diploma holder are welcome to apply!
- Must be willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift, including public holidays
- Possibility of a work-from-home arrangement after three months based on performance.
- Able to work in KL Sentral (fully on-site office, easily accessible by LRT).
