  • Review, verify client's data and input into KYC system.
  • Liaise with various business units and departments to resolve issues
  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance include internal control with company's policies, corporate governance and statutory/regulatory requirements
  • Respond and manage client’s inquiries through email communication and live chat.
  • Attending 1st level related customer fronting and back-office processing works:
  • a) Account inquiries
  • b) Complaints
  • c) Modification and changing the account profile details request ; and
  • d) Account verification guidance/steps.
  • Fluency in Traditional Mandarin (speaking, reading, and typing) is required.
  • Average English communication skills would be an advantage.
  • Diploma holder are welcome to apply!
  • Must be willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift, including public holidays
  • Possibility of a work-from-home arrangement after three months based on performance.
  • Able to work in KL Sentral (fully on-site office, easily accessible by LRT).
