Sr. Sales Business Analytics Manager

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Develop medium to high complexity reports in Tableau and PowerBI.
• Collaborate with business users and cross functional teams to define KPIs, identify reporting requirements, design features, and specifications.
• Develop proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with non-sales key stakeholders, IT, Smart Manufacturing AI and other organizations as needed to ensure the information requirements are relevant and actionable
• Work with solutions architects driving consistency across the sales organization
• Support facets of data modelling and data management activities supporting dashboard requirements.
• Investigate and drive adoption of new technology solutions supporting advanced analytics

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis with emphasis on business intelligence and advanced analytics projects
• Proficiency in T-SQL and with BI tools like Tableau, Microsoft BI tool stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), etc.
• Good database knowledge and experience with the Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Familiarity with general-purpose programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C++, Windows PowerShell, Visual Basic) and/or web development languages.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
• Excellent attention to detail & follow-through skills
