Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd1. To submit warranty claims for all related products CAT, Biogas/CES, and SEM.
2. To check all warranty jobs (WIP) are below 30 days of lead time.
3. To submit all warranty claims submission within 12 days from last labor date.
4. To check all warranty claim quality and reduce claim re-submission below 5%.
5. To check branch warranty repair expenses by opt the most economical repair (upon recommended by Manufacturer(s)).
6. To train new employee(s) or existing employee(s) on warranty processes and warranty system and processes.
7. To check warranty expense absorbed accounts are healthy and manageable.
8. To issue manual journal entries for warranty accounts when necessary.
9. To submit customer goodwill request between customer(s), branch(s) and manufacturer(s).
10. To audit major branches on warranty management in yearly basis.
11. To ensure all SIMS and Concern report are input.
12. To coordinate Send-It-Back (SIB) of failed parts to Principal within 14 days from request date.
13. To manage warranty claim, compile and submit warranty report & ensure sufficient reimbursement for Miri branch.
14. To liaise with warranty administrators in all East Malaysia branches to ensure all the above are executed timely.
