1. Promote New Holland and After Sales solutions to generate revenue and profit to assigned customer & territory.
2. Develop new business with existing customer base and develop
new customer.
3. Ensuring all collections are done on timely basis.

5. Adhering to Sime Darby Industrial's Safety & Sustainability Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Standing Instruction (SI), rules &
regulation to stay safe all the time.

Functional Accountabilities
1. Systematically plan for sales coverage activities for the assigned
customer at the designated territory. All sales related activities are to
be registered in SalesLink Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on regular basis (daily or weekly).
2. Ensure effective coverage of customers by closely adhering to the
Planned Annual Rate (PAR) call to ensure the minimum calls are met
for the various categories of customers under his care and coverage.
3. Responsible for calling customers at their offices and work sites/
camps on a scheduled basis.
4. To promote any parts sales and service sales campaign launched by
the Company and ensure all customers are aware and understand the
benefits of these campaigns.
5. To ensure prompt and accurate reporting of customer/ equipment

population, customer coverage/ call, lost sales, prospects, custom
track service and machine inspection program are carried out.
6. Responsible for the maintenance of good relations and the continued
building of Company's image. Customer’s complaint should be handled fairly
and justly without excessive expenses to the Company and to refer the
complaint to Regional Head / Sales Manager promptly whenever the
need arises.
7. Responsible for reporting on competitive activities and all lost sales.
Lost sales must be reported in SalesLink as they occur and submitted
promptly.
8. Responsible for collection of overdue debts of all customer accounts
assigned to and for keeping the customer’s debts within his credit
period on timely basis.
9. Responsible for ensuring that all Cash and Cheques received from
customers are handed to Account Department within 24 hours after
receiving them and ensure that a temporary receipt is issued for all
payments.
10. Responsible for a close working relationship with the Operations –
Service & Parts Operation, Credit Control Departments to help achieve
all objectives.
11. Customer’s credit worthiness is checked with and approved by the
Regional Head / Sales Manager as appropriate before orders are
processed.
12. Responsible to prospect for new customer to develop new business
and customer base.
13. Refer all After Sales opportunities to immediate
superior
14. Participate in all trainings, meetings, briefing, certification and etc. to
improve knowledge, skillset and competency.
15. Responsible for any other related duties as specified by the Company
from time to time as assigned by Regional Head / Sales Manager.
