Strategic Business Partner, People & Culture will be responsible to provide support on people and culture initiatives for the Malaysia investment portfolio
The role requires a strategic thinker who has strong analytical skills and is able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders both within and outside the HR function.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support in all aspects of People & Culture including but not limited to: performance management; learning and development; employee engagement; rewards and recognition; and organizational design.
Support the implementation of various programs such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition.
Support the review of existing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current practices and legislative requirements.
Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and other communications related to People & Culture activities.
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations relating to employment, industrial relations, health and safety, equal opportunity, and workers’ compensation.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
5-7 years experience working in human resources, preferably in a large multinational company
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Prefer candidates with knowledge and experience in the use of HRIS systems such as Workday.
