Strategic Business Partner, People & Culture will be responsible to provide support on people and culture initiatives for the Malaysia investment portfolio

The role requires a strategic thinker who has strong analytical skills and is able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders both within and outside the HR function.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in all aspects of People & Culture including but not limited to: performance management; learning and development; employee engagement; rewards and recognition; and organizational design.

  • Support the implementation of various programs such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition.

  • Support the review of existing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current practices and legislative requirements.

  • Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and other communications related to People & Culture activities.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations relating to employment, industrial relations, health and safety, equal opportunity, and workers’ compensation.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

  • 5-7 years experience working in human resources, preferably in a large multinational company

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Prefer candidates with knowledge and experience in the use of HRIS systems such as Workday.
