      • Oversee the daily operations of the tea house, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
      • Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.
      • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
      • Address customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
      • Manage the store’s budget, including labor costs, supplies, and other operational expenses.

        Performance Analysis and Reporting

        • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to adjust strategies as needed.
        • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and operational metrics.
        • Recommend initiatives to increase profitability and brand visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in F&B operations or project management, preferably with experience in setting up new outlets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of F&B industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
